Good morning all. Saw this on the news last night. Not sure what it looks like outside, I’m waiting for the sun to come up. Could be nothing, could be there’s junk all over.

Good morning IM, that looks like it could be nasty. Hope it doesn't get bad for you!
 
I got my new vacuum head yesterday. It was not the problem. I called Shark again and they have you do a video thing so they can see what’s going on. He couldn’t figure it out. I get a new vacuum as it has a 7 year warranty and I have to send the new head back. I have to pay shipping for the new one but it’s cheaper then the new head was so I’ll be getting money back. They sent a prepaid tag via email. I love it when a company stands behind it’s product!

That's good you'll get a new vacuum out of the deal DMC! Sounds like they know how to treat their customers right.
