Good morning, everyone! My regular routine started up this morning, and I was kinda glad to see it coming after the last two weeks. Up at 5:30, coffee going, floors vacuumed, and Kendra's walker brought it to warm up for her. I've taken care of her, Katie and Evan a couple of times over this Christmas break, but Jenny and Katie go back to school today so Blooie's Day Care is once again open for business.

I was just on the phone with Mom and she was talking about how much she was enjoying her chicken calendar (I think she's shown it to everyone that will sit still, lol). She grew up on a farm in the '30's but hasn't been around poultry since and she's just amazed at the variety and colors. She's pretty talented in the art department so I'm hoping she'll paint me something chicken from it.

It was nice to know she liked it and I bet your brother would enjoy one too since you got him into chickens.
