Good news all around. Went to my primary for initial followup (I see the cardiologist on March 17) and he's very pleased! Incision looks good, vitals all good, and I'm thrilled to have been able to take "The Beast" off! Still can't lift or twist the wrist for 2 more weeks - like that's possible - but I'll do the best I can to comply!

Hi Blooie....glad your better.....keep working on it....it took me several tries to quit smoking....funny thing is the last time I didn't realize I quit till one day it dawned on me I hadn't smoked in three months......I was in my 20.s (29) when I quit though..it's probably easier when your young.
