We put expensive composite decking on our house which was supposed to be no maintenance and I have crap growing on mine also. We use a power washer and it does a really good job...still sucks as it was supposed to be no maintenance.

That would be disappointing. We looked at that composite when we rebuilt the deck in back and decided "nope, not this time". We used wood and painted it with that super-thick stuff that's supposed to be almost indestructible, fill in nail holes, etc. Um, not so much!

Good morning one and all! Debby - you really need to stop greeting new members and get some more scrubbing done! Maybe you should have a house cleaning party? - lots of food, beer etc but nobody gets a sniff of either till they have done their fair share of cleaning - all you have to do is sit in a Directors' chair and bark instructions!

Don't know how much scrubbing will get done today. Yesterday afternoon I noticed a large weed in the garden and without stopping to put on gloves, tried to pull it up. That's when I found out the thing was full of little hair-like needles. So my left hand is taking a time out for anything much, it's still pretty sore today because I couldn't get them all out.

Aw gee, guess I'll have to just recuperate today...maybe hang out here more while I heal.

Chris, of course you're paying your own way (as usual)! But I'll supply the G&T once you get done working...isn't that a great deal!

No nose typing today, I'm ok using my fingertips just don't ask me to open bottles, grip anything or pat you on the head with my left hand

G&Ts sounds like a deal far to good to miss - count me in! Guess the deal is suspended since if you can't open bottles, then the G&Ts are snookered. I'll take being patted on the head with a right hand - I'm not fussy like that

How long does it take on average to sell houses in your area? Are you waiting until you've sold up before looking at properties in Wyoming? Buying / selling chains seem to be more hassle than they are worth.
