I'm with you on that one.....I don't do naps...never could....Heck I can't sleep at night couldn't even fathom trying to sleep during the day

Actually, i agree Sour - I don't do "naps" per se - I actually go to bed just after lunch - not really a nap, more of a siesta

Chris, are you one of them old folks?

My mother always said that the key to a long life was to never miss a meal and to nap every day. She lived to be 97 - mentally sharp until the end.
