VW, I think we may have missed the 'good' part. The troops have been on a roll this morning for sure. Roast goat? Now I like lamb - even the old muttony lamb, but had goat once and it was RANK.
 
Goat can be really good, but its gotta be cooked properly -but a slow roast belly of lamb - now you're talking!
 
I made jars and jars of Morrocan lemons years ago, and could not find goat or lamb to use it on.
I still have them, they lost their lovely color, but the flavor should still be there... Now to find some poor unsuspecting, cute little, sweet faced goat...

Naaaaaaaa, won't happen.
