Chris, that doesn't make much sense...how can you have beer day and alcohol screening day on the same date? Forget the metric system one, I have enough trouble with numbers anyway.

Definitely won't be celebrating no housework day today. A realtor called me last night and wants to bring a prospective buyer to see our house today at 1:30. TONS of housework to do before then. Afterwords, collapsing on the couch will probably be celebrated.

Gotta get my BYC fix in early this morning, DH is going to stay home from work today to help me get the house spiffy so no slacking on my part.
 
Good morning Debby - I did wonder myself - surely you don't need to be screened for alcohol if you've had a skin-full already! Sorry about the housework situation - I just hope that its worth the effort and you have a positive outcome. We've had potential tenants coming to our place for the past few months and its a pain (not that i do the housework you understand - we have a cleaner for that) - left to me, the house would be in a real state cos i don't want to move otherwise my chicken-keeping days would be over

No matter what the outcome, today's visit will get DH moving on some stuff he's been putting off, lol. Nothing like a little motivation to get a person moving! (And he doesn't have chickeneering to use as an excuse.)

Just popping in to ask you guys not to forget "old Sunflour".

I'm involved in a major career change that is occupying my attention, and cannot keep up with the volume of posts here.

Feel free to "slam" me in those PM's. LOL.

But I promise very soon I will be back around more, hopefully in the near future.
