@Blooie would love to have gone with them to the farm, looks like a lot of fun for Kendra and her classmates. Especially feeding the newborn calf and riding on that really big John Deere.

It's a rainy cool day in GA today. Had so wanted to get some garden duties started, but likely will go shopping instead.

It's sort of funny about this offer. It's from the same couple as before. The realtor took them out to see the houses they could get with the lowball figure I turned down and now all of a sudden they can afford to make a better offer on our house. Do you suppose they checked under their couch cushions and found a few more dollars?

It is funny Debby, but I think lowballing is common these days. When we bought our house 3 years ago, we thought it was over priced, so we made a kinda low offer. We figured we would go higher, but it had been on the market for a few months and we had just started looking. We were surprised when they accepted our offer. I'm glad they did, because we never found anything else close to what we wanted, for anywhere near the money.
