Gosh, we are all quiet today...

WV - you have a stunning place! Gosh, I'd lose the plot if I ever had so much land and beauty. I've tried to encourage DW to sell our place and buy upcountry but I've failed miserably. I guess land might be cheaper in Somalia - dunno :)

Chris, thanks.. that's our place we call "camp". Will eventually be our retirement place. Its about an hour drive from our house, but I have 2 of my flocks of chickens there, so we go there quite often and also spend most weekends. There are more pics on my member interview. It is so very peaceful there. So do you live in the city? Your DW a city gal? Never dreamed I'd turn out to be a country gal until I met my current hubby. Now city life is too busy for me! So I'll hold out some hope that you convert her someday too.

Not too shabby at all WV! Nah, DW is a city girl totally. If you google your embassy, we live about half a mile from there - not city, but the burbs. In fact nobody lives in our CBD - it's the kinda place where one goes only when really necessary - diddly squat there.Its pants. It's quite unlike a capital city in the west where one would pay over the odds to live in a place the size of a chicken coop!

Chris, that is cool! I wasn't sure I'd be able to google map it on my phone, but I did. Looks lovely! And more populated than I guess I had in my head. Sheltered life here :D
So how did you end up with chickens if the DW is all city girl?

NFC that's just gorgeous scenery. I doubt you will find much that looks like that in WY, but I could be wrong. I know, such a surprise that I could be wrong, but its true! :lol:
