This is a rough outline of the route AAA gave me: head west to TX getting close to Dallas, go north and get close to Denver, then get up to I80 and go across WY til I get there.

I told them about pulling a trailer for the first time and the agent tried to keep me out of big cities and off mountains.

Does anything seem out of whack with that route?

Not one bit. If you have to go over Ratan Pass, (not seeing the route I don't know if you will) use your lower gears. Denver is about an hour and a half from Cheyenne on I-25, !-80 connects there. You've got this!! I have total faith in you!

can't see your map. But if you are driving from Oklahoma City across to Amarillo you will be 23 miles north of me when you first get into Texas.

Eggsy, thanks for the road treats (I actually do have a stash of trail mix coming with me, lol). And traveling music ready to listen to. Great minds, right?
