Good morning!

Got all the decorations for my beer cart last night. I'm going for the tacky tiki bar look with an inflatable flamingo, tiki torch, 5 o'clock somewhere sign and hula grass skirting (plus other high end décor lol) for the cart. I'll get a pic once it's decorated. We loaded up with liquor last night (23 cases of beer alone), it was funny some of the looks & comments we got from other shoppers.

People are going to show up at 7 to start registering so the day is going to start early.

Thinking about the cart decorations reminds me of my former MIL and the bumper sticker she brought back from her Hawaiian trip. She drove her car around for years with this on the back of her car, "I got lei'd in Hawaii".

Around here for me that would be considered a promotion! So proud of you and hubby for what you're getting accomplished! We might have to make a trip to Rawlins late next month. Any chance.....

Whew, what a day yesterday was and so much fun! There was a great turnout (Elk-wise), it was wonderful to see the course full of people having a fun time. The beer cart was a big success and brought in 1/3 of the money yesterday. The bartender from the Elk's club came and rode around with me and we laughed all day. Here's a photo of my 21 yr old with our cart (what isn't shown is the trailer behind towing 3 huge coolers):



Everyone had such a good time and many said they would be back so all the hard work to pull it together was worth it!

Good job on the cart decor. You haven't mentioned that your 21 yo assistant is a cute fellow, hope he has improved with assigned duties.
