I do get bouts of insomnia. It when my mind get to racing and I can't shut it down to sleep. If that makes sense. :idunno

It makes sense. Personally, I prefer to think as little as possible - I'm usually asleep by 11pm every night

I know I sent her a message couple days ago but I still haven't heard anything back and I am really worried because she just abruptly stopped. But if you look is she stop posting a while before she stopped coming on so she was at least checking to see what was going on here. I'm really seriously worried about her because it's totally not like her to just not come on anymore without saying something.

Good morning!

Got a handful of cat this morning. Bam Bam has developed a weird fascination with shirt buttons and keeps trying to chew them off while I'm typing. He also seems to have a foot fetish but that's a story for another morning.

Today is my brother's b-day. He's on his way to Yellowstone with the wife and RV so I'll just give a shout out to my big bro here:

I do know exactly what you mean. I so envy folks who go easily to sleep and awaken after a full nights sleep.
