DH just picked me up to go to lunch and when we got to the Mexican restaurant, his 2 guys were there to join us. After eating, one of them ducked out and came back in bearing a German Chocolate cake (gluten free no less) that DH made early this morning, the waitress slapped a big sombrero on my head and everyone, including other customers, sang. What a fun lunch that was!

Whew, I'm beat...this birthday stuff is tiring. Thanks for all the b-day greetings today everyone!

Hi Chris, how are things going in your part of the world? Did you get your pens done?

Today's plans...um, let me make some up and I'll get back with you, lol. Might just play it by ear today.
 
All is fine here, thanks. The pen will be a work in progress, but hoping to get a new coop built next week that will suit both grow-out needs and for meaties as well.

Nothing better than a bit of spontaneity - just don't rush into anything

Funny thing yesterday, I was out in the backyard when the neighbor came home from work. He shouted hello and called me by your name. Now how did he know to get the two of us confused?
