You should try giving a horse an enema, it can get real interesting real quick.

For cats we just use a cat sack, works for most things.

The thing about cats is they are so doggone (pun intended) flexible they can git ya from about any angle. Cat sacks? Shoot, I don't think the vets I worked for ever heard of them....they'd just tell us to watch the claws and teeth and then to put the cat back in the recovery cage when we were done. Yeah, doc? Where's my cage? A week in the hospital with cat scratch fever and some complications from it were Elvis the Evil Kitty's way of getting even!
