If they weren't so irritating, your windows could be entertaining   Wow, new windows and new siding would be wonderful!

We sort of lucked out with this house...it's a perk from the company. So with all it's problems, we always tell each other "at least it's free". And since the company picks up the utility bills, I have zero qualms about cranking the heat up in every room. Maybe that's why they're finally replacing the windows, they've been watching those heating bills grow!

Nice! A win, win!

This was taken at the top of the road that winds past the river and down to the golf course. The little red building in the center is a bathroom located by the 7th green, white buildings to the right are the maintenance buildings.

@sunflour Opie is a doll! I think your comment about boys being calmer/better mannered is true, at least in our case. Pip has been a complete hissy "b" toward him. Bam Bam just stands back and watches him...today we caught him actually reaching his paw out to play a bit with Opie. I think they'll work it all out just fine.


I'm sure there will be more snow pictures (and cat pictures) coming up this winter, I'll gladly share them!

My very first cat was a non-neutered male and he was such a sweetie. But have had several female felines --- they were cute and sweet when young, but terrors when they grew up. Then came Buddy...I had planned to get another gal ( no idea why except I only ever had sweet girl dogs?), but fell in love with him at first sight...he is a grey tabby and is so, so sweet.

If Opie were grey/black/bronze with that white chest - he and Buddy would be almost twins ( like us).
I have never had even a tiny scratch from my male cats....those gals tho are a very different story...

. Beg to be picked up, sit in your lap and Attack!!
