. DH does our shopping and I never get to see the great stuff. How could we live without square marshmallows

Actually, when you make your own marshmallows (not me, who has that kind of time....Oh, that right, the Barefoot Contessa) you cut them out of the pan and they are square.

Wouldn't you have to start with marshmallows to make marshmallows?

edited to add I found the recipe and still wonder why anyone would want to make marshmallows from scratch?
