I think my guineas are lazy. I feed them around lunch time and open the door to the run so they can go out. They just sit there! I am going to start feeding them just before dark so they are hungry enough to get out and look. How are they going to eat ticks if they just sit on their butts?

Exactly! They are young birds, they should want to get out and explore. Bugs are everywhere here! Today i saw a purple and green caterpillar with prongs sticking out both ends! Very weird.

Turn off their tv and take away their cell phones...that might force them outside to play!

I don't think I'd want to touch that pronged caterpillar, sounds a bit scary.

I hit a deer a month ago. Scared the heck out of me. One guy stopped to make sure I was ok. I killed it so I felt bad. Pain in the butt to get it fixed.

DH was hit by a deer once, it jumped into the road and into his truck...bumped all down the side, fell to the ground. But it got up and ran away . At least the insurance did fix the truck

I was laid out all day yesterday with a sinus headache but much better today.

Around here we have to keep a sharp eye out more for the antelope than for the deer (although we have those too).

So sorry about your sinus headache, hope you feel better tomorrow

Hmmm, had to go look up the WY state song. According to Wikipedia, "Wyoming" is the state song of Wyoming." Gee, thanks Wiki!

Actually, it gives the lyrics too but they're way too long to post. And I've never heard it sung so really have no idea what it's like.

Bunny update, buggers are growing like weeds and are starting to travel. Eyes should open in the next few days. They are a healthy chubby lot.

That's just not fair, is it? Kansas has a famous song everyone knows, Georgia gets a terrific song, and nobody even knows Wyoming's song or how it goes. Poor Wyoming.
