The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I like it when the house is clean, i just don't like cleaning it. It is good when people are visiting because it motivates me to get it done. But we have no friends in this state...

We can take a road trip there :)

See y'all later, off to work I go.

I'd do some training inside with less distractions @KDOGG331. Just randomly say his name in an excited voice and say "come", wave a treat near him so he has to take a couple of steps towards you and treat him for coming. Slowly work up to across the room etc. If he likes his food it won't take long for him to keep one eye on you in case you give the command! Our dog is so well behaved when food is involved!

That's the weird thing, he's actually really good at come when it's in a training session. He's pretty advanced at obedience and will literally stay while I across our entire yard (like an acre lol) and then come barreling across!! But if I just call him put of nowhere, not in an actual training session, he won't come. I'm thinking maybe I need to start training more discreetly. Like have treats in my pockets or something but don't tell him it's a training session.

Here i thought i was doing good to let the guineas out, cut and paint a piece of plywood and wash the dishes! But then i did not get a nap.

Sheesh woman, if you ever took a nap you'd outrun the Energizer Bunny

Just went out and measured the goat shed so i can figure out where i want the windows. Threw stick for the dog. I am wishing i got a less energetic dog. She needs so much exercise, it tires ME out. And if she does not get it, then she really becomes a pest. Husband already played frisbee with her. It should not be a full time job just exercising the dog. We had a Shepherd before but she was out in the pasture a lot. She would run back and forth in the pasture chasing cars that went by. No cars going by here. Sigh.we need a mechanical ball launcher.
