Yep, Opie is our little foundling cat. He showed up at our house a year ago Thanksgiving. He's my (huge) baby!

OHLD Tee hee … love the Gerbil TV pic!

N F C love the ‘discount tent’ also .. our predicted maximum today is 91.5F :sick I am pleased Opie got a clean bill of health. I am not sure what Syba weighs now because he lost so much weight when he was sick. He is, however, filling out again now and pre kidney stone was 16lbs. He is not fat, just a big cat and his previous vet used to love seeing him for his annual check up because she said "we do not get many big cats in here and he is beautiful" :)

So glad Syba is doing well now Teila. It's always so worrisome when one of our animal friends isn't well.

Exactly! When i did it I think they asked for the UPC code, expiration date, etc., all the identifying stuff basically. And they might even give you free soda!

Oh and talking weight loss, I passed on yet another nuked meal last night where the box might have been tastier!

It took him longer to prepare the dog’s smorgasbord of fresh meat than it did to nuke our boxed meal. I quote "Princess, here is your smorgasbord, enjoy!"

Anyone looking to lose weight, save your $$$$’s that all the weight loss company’s ask for and move in with me! :p
 
Opie is beautiful!

Luna is very good about the vet. She's quiet in the car and quiet when they do shots and check ups etc. Actually, i think she sometimes meows in the car in the carrier but she doesn't howl the whole way or anything. When we had her shaved in like January or February, they said she was very good and just made a little bit of noise. I knew what they meant cause that's what she does with me too when I try to brush her but she doesn't use claws or fight or anything, unless I try to force the brushing or hold her, which I have a couple times just because she has SO MUCH undercoat and butt fluff and it needs to be brushed. But I gave up fighting with her. Not worth traumatizing her over. But anyway, she's a quiet cat and doesn't fight the vet or anybody like I've seen some cats do.

And she's a tiny cat but weighs like 10 pounds. I don't think she's fat but idk? No vet has ever said anything.
