Cake's done. I didn't cut the tops off to flatten it and I am horrible at frosting so it's kind of falling apart/looks terrible but it tastes good so I think that's what matters

My son and I love the Pillsbury Cheesecake brownies. I've had plenty of "free form" cakes like you Kdogg I believe they have less calories. Just like broken cookies - no cals.

I think this coming season will be a little easier (maybe?). I'm just doing the cooking and the restaurant will be closed 2 days of the week. So, maybe, possibly, the hours will be shorter. Have to wait and see how this plays out.
