I mean, theoretically they say it can't, but why would I all of a sudden get sick after leaving the doctor but be perfectly fine before?
There is a two day incubation with flu and it take a couple of weeks for the shot to build up immunity in you. You can get the flu during those two weeks and it is not from the shot.

Stress and nervous reaction ? I faced the same phenomenon once when I had to go to court about checks being stolen from our mail box. :barnie

Possibly? I don't normally get stressed going to the doctor though. Well, a little bit, but he's a good doctor. Plus i usually get stomach stuff with stress ha

Thanks. I have all that lol

That makes sense but immediately seems weird.

But unlikely to occur as you leave the office...

Exactly. Although I did get my blood drawn after and book another appointment. So had to wait for them to prep the lab stuff. But all that doesn't take that long.

I just read the same thing.

I never realized that

I make a lot of these cakes when there are a lot of eggs.
Yeah, need the girls working HARD ... and figure out what to do with a dozen egg yolks. When DD1 makes her gluten free bread she needs 2 whites. She will sometimes make chocolate truffles with the yolks. I think someone needs to make an "Egg Yolks and Whites" cookbook. Recipes that need ONLY yolks or whites.

In a perfect world I would have a trial run but then that kind of spoils the birthday one as he would then have had Angel Food recently
You can make your trial cake and take it to work to share.

didn’t realize the difference between a box and homemade would be so different
Given all the "stuff" they have to put in the boxed mixes to keep them fresh (for years), from caking, etc no one should be surprised when "from scratch" comes out better.

I use a soy sauce bottle as mine doesn’t have feet.
That is a good plan, no need to fight off the lure of the wine in the bottle then ;)

I’m glad I saw them come up with their surprises instead of stepping in their surprises when they threw them up.
We've only found remnants lately. When we are really lucky they do the deed in the shower, easy cleanup.

Make homemade icecream! I must get back into doing that.

I want to make Angel Food Cake now but the cheapest pan I could find in NZ (on special) was still $20! And now I understand why the one time I made it it didn't work out so well - I didn't know you had to stand it on its head!

Anyway, here are my little ones - 8 beautiful Button with more on the way (I think I am the queen of staggered hatches, but Buttons seem to be very forgiving):

Aaaw, just so cute Jae! :love

With delivery, my angel food cake tin is costing me $20 also.

Remember Mr Gecko in my office window track? Well, he is still there and today I have been catching flies and dropping them in the track for him .. gunna have one very fat gecko very soon ;) Might just have a new friend too :p

When I drop them now, he comes straight out and chomps them up!

I fry up the egg yolks and give them to the chickens. Wine is not an issue for me:sick
