Trees have been falling like crazy around here, 6 that i know of! Hubby has cut almost 2 trees up already. I asked him to come in but he wasn't for it. I am afraid another one will fall!

You probably didn't use meat so old that it was turning green


?? You forgot to mention this! Something that has been sneaking up on her? I think it is safe to assume she didn't lose hearing from not wearing protection when on the artillery firing line.

DD2's hearing loss is due to multiple inner ear infections. At the moment she has almost no hearing on the left side due to scar tissue. Supposed to get that fixed in May or June.

Evening all... It's finally the weekend... I spent years mentally exhausted, now I'm physically exhausted. Mind racing, body no so much...

Hubby went for a walk by the river, says we have at least 20 trees down! And he has not seen the whole property yet.
Tractor trailers have blown over, trees fallen on peoples houses and 80,000 without power. At least we still have that.

Ours is more a crawl space than a basement. Dirt floor. Not staying down there.

These storms are crazy... Stay safe. We've been in the 60's-80's for the last week or so with low 20's for tomorrow and lots of wind. Normally that's not a problem for me as I live in a hollow with hill tops 300-400 feet above me. After the winds, I have to go look to see what happened on the back half of the mountain (locals call it a hill).
