Good morning everyone!

Yesterday I thought I was only going to be at work a few hours then meeting with our food service rep. He cancelled and I ended up working 12 hours. So tired when I got home, dinner was a piece of cake (chocolate cake). I'm pooped this morning! Told DH I'm taking off tomorrow

@Teila keeping fingers crossed all goes smoothing with the job transition Man, that was one old spider! I had no idea they could live that long.

All that shingles talk is kind of scary. Guess I'll check with my doc at my September appointment.

Time for another cup of coffee!

I was reading about the side effects of Shingrix - apparently common. I have a bad memory but don't think the other Shingles shot bothered me at all. I know it has to be better than what shingles would cause. But still...

CDC said that the most common side effect is soreness at the shot site. It has few side effects so don't worry so much about that. If your inoculations have gone fine for you, this one should too
