The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

In case anyone is interested, I posted some pictures of where I spend my work days here:#14608

(Some of these will look familiar to @Blooie...especially the bar one :gig)
I thought the clubhouse was wonderful before, even though you were still kinda in the midst of setting it all up. Now it looks amazing!! My table, by the way, is the middle one in front of the window, in case the question ever comes up. Oh, or at the bar! :lau

Hey B, one of the projects DH and his right hand guy did this past winter was this:

They opened up the wall separating the bar into a small entry way, built a table big enough for 6 and seating for 4 in the opening. Kind of hard to tell because of the glare but the former small door was replaced by a big slider so people sitting in the bar can look out onto the golf course (plus we got new comfy bar stools). That's the spot to sit!

You can check it all out the next time you pass through :D

Wow, that is a lot of SS.

Yes it is (and I'll never want it in my home appliances)!

Looks spotless. And nice.
Is business picking up?
Deliveries running smoothly now?

Thanks Michelle, I do my best to keep it tidy because everyone can see it (plus, I'm kind of picky about that).

Biz is picking up, slowly but surely. And the feedback from diners has been amazing...I think the compliments are what keep me going :)

So far (definitely knocking on wood), the last couple of deliveries have gone well :fl

Just got done cutting bushes out of the front of my house. The last 2 winters were tough on them so they are gone...12 of them. Now I have to pick up my mess. It was sure pretty when I first put them in. I had hubby spray my rock garden a couple weeks ago as Creeping Charlie and Quack grass were taking over. I removed the perennials I wanted to keep. Sure glad there’s a breeze today as it’s hot work.

I have been digging up our front lawn area, i think it was once driveway because it is just full of rocks. So removing rocks, spreading composted manure, spreading seed, and cover with bunny poo and old hay. Takes a long time, and i have lots of rocks to show for it. Planted my marigolds too.

Also random and very stupid question:

If I had Excedrin in my mouth but spit them out then took more later will I get sick/is that overdose?

Cause I was at Subway and I left and noticed I had neck/jaw pain/a migraine but didn't have any water and didn't wanna go back in so figured I'd try to take them dry. Terrible idea, tasted so gross and I couldn't swallow them though I tried. Anyway, this is all while I was backing up and pulling out to cross the parking lot so only like a minute? Before spitting them out. I tried to spit the spit out too? But they aren't coated like the gel advils i usually take so were starting to dissolve which is why I'm worried. They barely dissolved but I am paranoid haha I took more anyway because my headache is bad but idk, I'm worried I absorbed some.

KD you're fine... not enough to do any damage. And yes they are pretty gross dry.
