Morning DMC and all :frow

ETA: Does anyone else HATE pictures of themselves? I have to submit a badge pic for the new job and absolutely hate it. Guess one can't fix ugly...
Ditto!

I do not have many pictures of myself...I wonder why?

This one is from last Chirstmas

Not a single thing wrong with that, my dear!! Good looking dude!!

Edited: Well, I did that wrong...posted before I meant to. <sigh> Anyway, to finish! Debby, you and I are going to fall into a muddled pile of "what the heck happened?" when (and if) things ever slow down. But yours is mostly your own fault - if you were a crappy cook none of that would be happening! Can't you burn something or switch salt for sugar or something, just to rest for a couple of days?

Know why most people don't like photos of themselves? Because as soon as the camera points at them they stiffen up, start that "Oh, I'm gonna break the camera....don't take my picture....I hate getting my picture taken" turning away sort of stuff. So then photographer figures, "I'll have to wait until he/she isn't looking" and that's when the photos of us taking a big bite of something, mouth hanging open, eyes crossed looking at the food in our hands shots pop up.

It's gonna happen, and how it comes out is up to you so relax, look right at that camera, and give the smile that people love you for. Get it over with. You'll be surprised!

Great Tips!

Morning DMC & Bob & everyone!

Sean, getting screwed back together sounds like a better alternative than a replacement! We'll keep you company the whole way.

Blooie, your upcoming year was exhausting just to read about. You take care of yourself and remember to eat your Wheaties! You asked about how we were faring from this summer's storms...so far, the tennis sized hail back about a month ago was the worst, the rest has been pretty much just much-needed rain.

Bob, I'll join you in the "hate pictures of self" club. That's why I'm usually the one holding the camera :p Get your wife's opinion on which photo to use, I'm sure she'll have a favorite.

One more work day for me then off for 2 days. The plans for the rest of my summer are looking more and more like Blooie's...4 tournaments (with a meal for as many as 60 participants included for each), another Red Hat Lady luncheon, a special dinner for big shots for the company that owns the golf course, a catered affair for 75 for the cattlemen's association, a luncheon for the company interns and whatever else might come up. I'm exhausted just thinking about it :th Come on WINTER!!!!!

Hope everyone has a fabulous Saturday :D
I want your work load to lesson but I do not want winter.

I hate my picture taken...I’m usually like Ron, taking the picture. We have hubby’s sisters memorial service in a little bit and I’m sure his sister will be taking pictures :tongue
BYC is mis-behaving itself today. Aart started a thread about it here:
Is anyone else experiencing 'lag'?

I'm off to work, hoping things get back to "normal" before I come back! That will help all you chatterers! :D
Yes, irritating!!
