Did you ever smell that stuff ? :sick How it is made or why the first person ever ate it is beyond my comprehension.

Had to do a look in Wiki:
"Once it reaches three months, the cheese produces its notorious smell because of the bacteriumused to ferment Limburger cheese and many other smear-ripened cheeses.[8] This is Brevibacterium linens, the same one found on human skin that is partially responsible for body odor and particularly foot odor.[3]"

Now doesn't that just a person wanna go "yum"? :sick

Well my Dad could beat your Dad. :tongue Mom kept a jar of Limburger cheese tightly closed in a jar in the refrigerator. My father would eat Limburger cheese/onion sandwiches when he had such a bad cold that he could not smell the cheese. Ever smell that ? Poop of any sort smells like roses by comparison. We kids used to clear the house when we saw that stuff coming out of the refrigerator.
:gig

Starving maybe??

Oh and I forgot to say I bought a fishing license earlier. Well, 2. Freshwater and saltwater. And my mom got a clamming/shellfish permit from the town either today or yesterday. I think it's free after a certain age so she put my dad's name but the whole family can use it, it says so. Which is nice. The fishing ones are state and are individual so I just paid. Idk why. I never really fish and it is pretty late in the season considering it only goes till December 31st but I just randomly thought about and I have been wanting to fish lately and well... I don't like fishing illegally. I need to make sure my dad and brothers have licenses next. The saltwater one is only $10. Anyway, I figure, if I start fishing a lot between now and fall, it will be worth the money I spent.
