It's disappointing. Since the kitchen manager started back in February, no one of us even get to do any prep work even (unless you count tossing an already made up salad prep work). All that any of us get to do these days is cleaning. As far as hours go, they're looking better next month... but camps end on the 18th, with nothing else for the rest of the month. And don't even get me started on the crap that the director of the camp is doing...

That is disappointing. And just cleaning would get old after a while. Once camps are over, is the place used for other things?

I lightly flour it but cook it in gravy for quite a while.
