My Friday hatchlings are growing up too fast! Their little wings are already starting to feather out.

Home early tonight! Weird day...

1st thing this morning one of the maintenance guys who was clearing out a dead tree chopped his leg with a chainsaw. Don't know when/if he'll be back this season, it was pretty bad.

Then around 1:00 a huge tree limb fell onto a power line. Sparks and smoke were blowing and finally the limb crashed to the road...right in front of DH's truck. Fortunately he saw it coming and braked in time. Took until about 5:30 for the power company to restore power to the course so we closed early.

We're all hoping for an uneventful day tomorrow

Yikes! It's not even Friday the 13th. Glad the tree missed hubby and am hoping that the maintenance man heals ok.
