I put pictures in the fair again and they did well, 11 out of 13 placed I also put 2 my son took in his name and he placed 2nd on both.

DMC I hate bathrooms. Working in them just is a pita. The house I sold, I re-did all the bathrooms with maple vanities with incredible hard wood tops. Realtor insisted I paint the maple white... So I did. it worked. No accounting for buyer ignorance. But then again that's a different story.

i for one don't understand people that would mess up a beautiful piece of wood by painting over it, i love natural wood, also love the big old trees, we had white ash trees in the lower pasture, lord only know how old they were, then last year some kind of beetle went thru and killed them all, now i have woodpeckers, i love woodpeckers but would love to see the live trees again instead

I like the natural wood too. The townhouse my brother has, they painted the baseboards white - ick.

Wow you really cleaned house dmc LOL beautiful pictures! And very impressive they were with a phone! (Yes i zoomed in Lol curious to see categories). What kind of phone do you have? Or do you just have excellent editing and photography skills?? Or both? Great photos

Good morning all! I go to the dentist at 8:00, this is to get the braces thing rolling. I’m hoping I still have a choice of what I want to do as far as Invisalign verses actual braces. I have all the X-rays and molds done. My neighbor I clean for is talking about the Invisalign’s also and she’s 50 so now I don’t feel like the Lone Ranger.

Went to Lake Placid today, DD1 took (and passed ) her ice skating Senior Moves test.
She's not been able to skate enough to learn and practice the moves for 8 years due to her permanent migraine and they changed some of them in the interim so she's been working all summer at this. I'm uploading the videos (fuzzy in parts) to YouTube but at 1M/minute it will take a long time.

Looking forward to seeing your DD's video Bruce...congrats to her!

Yes. all my work. Funny, the buyer wanted a foodie house, not because they were foodies, but because it was cool. I really did't care. And after they dug all the edibles out of the gardens and watered with grass... I didn't feel bad when the big oak fell on the house.

Too bad you couldn't have moved that house to your new location!
