The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

We're going to Cheyenne today. There are 4 more trees to pick up and a couple of screen doors for our house. The old screen doors on this house are falling apart. Twice now they haven't closed when we thought they did and 2 of my cats took the opportunity to wander outside, the bad boys. I'd sure hate to lose them!

It's kind of a long drive but the weather is supposed to be nice and it will be good to get away even just for the day.

DH is exhausted but refuses to slow down. The other day we were sitting in his golf cart chatting when one of the members walked up and asked him if he needed a doctor (this member actually is a doctor). That's saying something about how tired he looks.

So a day away doing something different will be good!

Hope you can get your husband to chill out . My friends hollered at me because they said I looked like I was walking in my sleep. I have always been a night person but, lately it's getting tougher when I need to be up early.

Maybe take a picture of him and show him just how he looks.

DH only has 2 speeds...flat out hauling butt or sleeping. He didn't come with an 'idle'. I used to try to keep up with him but my idle works just fine.

we had white ash trees in the lower pasture, lord only know how old they were, then last year some kind of beetle went thru and killed them all

Probably Emerald Ash Borers. We will likely eventually have no ash trees in this country.

I don't have them yet, but my forestry guy is recommending I cut them all down as a preemptive measure. They are a couple counties away and moving fast.

That's sad to have to get rid of trees

Good morning all! I go to the dentist at 8:00, this is to get the braces thing rolling. I’m hoping I still have a choice of what I want to do as far as Invisalign verses actual braces. I have all the X-rays and molds done. My neighbor I clean for is talking about the Invisalign’s also and she’s 50 so now I don’t feel like the Lone Ranger.

My Dad had braces when i was in high school. I wanted braces because my 2 front teeth were crooked but they eventually staightened out.
