That doesn't change the fact that it was morning when you both posted!Haven't been to bed yet Sean.
DD2 went to college in Beloit Wisconsin. It is JUST north of the Illinois state line. We came through the states on the way to drop here off the first time after stopping at Niagara Falls. Drove through Chicago. Not to insult anyone who lives in the area but DW said going through Chicago ONCE in her life was plenty. We came back through Canada. MUCH more pleasant driving even though it is a couple of hours longer. All subsequent trips were made on that route.@bruceha2000 sounds like a wonderful trip. Was it just for pleasure or was it skating related?
Dang, he could have spent 10 days with her.Ok, Ron and Sharron.... he actually bought the girl that he picked a drink at the bar that night... Kiddie drinks of course... She was first to notice the pox and unfortunately she was right.
ETA: I heard from her parents that she got it too.
Pain, ok, not pain but PAIN, started before the rash for me.husband had chicken pox, he also got shingles a few years ago, at least that what his dr said he he never got a rash, just pain
Well, winter is here....Wyoming Winter that is. Heavy snow at the East entrance to the Park...naturally, since we have to drive through that way when we go to Jackson/Evanston/Pinedale next week. Maybe it'll all be melted off by then. Currently snowing in Jackson, too.
Today is Linda's birthday. You'd think by now it wouldn't bother me as much - but it does. Man, I miss her more than even I thought possible.
Morning everyone!
The final countdown for @N F C ! Yay! After such a horrible start to the season, you deserve a nice smooth end. What's the first thing you're going to do when you're done?

Was that the 1st time you've been to the Falls Bruce? I've been a couple times and was totally impressed. As I recall, the U.S. side was more park-like and scenic but the Canadian side had more "entertainment" type things. Is it still that way or has the U.S. side commercialized too?
