Since it is pretty commonly agreed that great whites attacking humans are mistaking them for seals, I really wonder why the wet suits the victims are wearing are black. Why not make them multi colored striped and anything but black?

Good point! Should definitely make them different colors. Were the victims wearing wetsuits or just bathing suits? I didn't see that mentioned

My guess is the water is plenty cold enough that they wearing wetsuits. Found something that says the water around Wellfleet was 67° today. I don't think many people would be hanging out long term at that temp without a wetsuit.
