Hi Sharron :frow

Wish we'd get some rain but looks like we might have snow before that happens...looking like maybe snow next weekend.
sorry, mother nature won't spread it out evenly , we've had more rain this year than i've seen since 1970, we have puddles here and there thru out the pastures where its never been wet and thats on a hillside

I’m beyond happy to report that Kendra is just fine! Turns out the prolonged drives, being mostly in her chair for the three days in Denver, then a 17 hour drive back inflamed the major nerve, which swelled and caused her artery to narrow a bit. It restricted - not totally blocked - blood flow down her leg. It doesn’t usually take them so long to drive there, but first they had to go to Billings to pick up the other car, then they left for Denver directly from there. Return trip they had to go to Cody to get their dog from the kennel, then back to Billings to return the car. When she sits in her car seat she always leans a bit to the left so the doctor advised us to get a memory foam pad for her car seat and rethink the trip scheduling. A few days of crawling and pulling herself up for a bit of walking should improve things tremendously. Much relief around here today! We appreciate the prayers and well-wishes. Spina Bifida ain’t for sissies- Kendra proves that every day! What a relief not to have to take her to Billings for an angioplasty.
Finally, got a chance to catch up! Great news Blooie! So glad to hear it wasn't something more serious. Sending :hugsto Kendra and to you Blooie!

Being sick really puts a damper on the trip but that's okay, still trying to have fun. Wouldn't be so bad if my throat wasn't so sore and mucusy/closed and drinking water didn't make me feel like I was choking then send me into a gross cough/burp combo because of said throat issues...:barnie didn't drink almost any water at the fair because of it and almost got a migraine but I figured out how to take smaller sips and manage. Although now my nose is stuffed. Hot showers and/or sitting in the steamy room and tea are helping. I was exhausted at the fair though after a while and wanted to leave - unlike me. But we had seen most of the animals and it was soooo much walking, fairly big fair/weird layout so lots of back and forth, and we were there like 6 hours so it was plenty. Got in maybe around 10 or 1030 or slightly before despite being up early but thankfully we still caught some of the dogs but that got boring after a few dogs lol I'm trying to bring home a rabbit
