I've got vertigo again. Had it for an entire year -then just about disappeared. Guess it recharged and it's back. I just looked out the bedroom window the other day, and the yard was spinning. Never had "that" one before.

fine sean, won't ask how you are since i already know you're hurting, have no idea how you stay so cheerful i would be feeling sorry for myself and having a good cry(which helps me)

Just the way I am, I got that way by studying wild animals...a wild bird will fall frozen from a branch, without ever having felt sorry for it's self.

naaa, a chicken plucker doesn't break the skin, a wing sometimes but not the skin

My skin is intact, except where the sutures are. Lots of swelling and now bruising since i whacked myself with that perch. Bad part is i have no one to help with my chores. Dr. Advised hubby to get his wrist casted.

You sure it wasn't the bourbon in the ice cream! Sorry couldn't resist.... you need to see a doc, might be something that needs attention.

i guess i feel sorry for my self so i can have a good cry, it relieves the stress for me and makes me feel better so i can keep going, sometimes its anger that makes me cry, relieves stress
