Have you ever had Coquilles St. Jacques? I had it in a restaurant once, it was superb! I did make it myself several times, 30 years or so ago. So yummy!

Yes! They have cashew chicken on the lunch menu. $6.50 for that one.

Yep, I hate the place. I like McKeena Hospital in New Braunfels but their not in my network.

Yet another reason for "Medicare for all". No network so no one out of network. No more finagling to get the lowest price from the providers, if you won't take what we offer, you aren't in our network.

My skin is intact, except where the sutures are. Lots of swelling and now bruising since i whacked myself with that perch. Bad part is i have no one to help with my chores. Dr. Advised hubby to get his wrist casted.

Perhaps you should break DH's arm. If he can't help with the animals, he might as well get his wrist fixed

Hey, that's not as bad as the time I opened a can of Hormell chilli and found a tape worm on the lid and it was still alive. Never bought Hormell anything again.

I had gangrene and was sent from our local hospital/clinic up to St. Vincent’s in Billings. I got checked into the ER and was sitting there waiting when one of the nurses stepped up behind the desk, picked up my paperwork and asked the girl I’d checked in with, “Okay, is this the the lady who was sent up from the Pre-Morgue in Lovell?”

Even the x-ray tech thought it look strange, broken.
The doc is a specialist.

Maybe the doc only saw the older x-ray? Sounds just wrong if a lay person and a person who has seen hundreds and hundreds of x-rays think it looks broken.

Shark is very good too

I don't know, never had it. I do know that I went fishing with my grandfather and once he caught a sand shark. He filleted it before taking it home. Gramma said "you can't fool me, that is shark" and refused to cook it. Don't know how she knew other than I bet Grampa didn't bother filleting things he knew she would cook.

I could tolerate the pain, but if i take a pill i am more likely to stay inside and rest.

That wouldn't be the worst thing for you to do Cap!!!

It's about time for lunch here but no menudo, sushi, or tripe. Thinking a salad might be safe

They open with adrenolin.... Grandma on baby monitor making noises.... Odd noises... so i get up after she settles. I CANNOT leave till I know she is up and understands where I am going. shes 102 and in the beginnings of age onset dimensia.
