Yep, I would definitely know if it was injured again, I actually partially caught myself this time as my hands were empty, the crutches went flying, and I landed on my left side...as I was falling, told myself, save your right leg at all cost. :lau so my elbow took the brunt but I definitely felt the impact in my right leg too! When I think about it it probably looked comical, because I was turning to land on my left side....I was headed for a landing on the right leg/hip, again! Was trying to hold my right leg up to keep it from impacting with the floor.
thank the good Lord that you had the presence of mind to try turning to land on the left side, so glad that you're ok other than being sore and new pains:hugs

And back to the semi, this is Wyoming....we didn’t do a darn thing that anyone else making their way down that skating rink disguised as a road wouldn’t have done! And Blaine would have found him on his way back down. But thanks. it was just kinda extra cool to see him this morning and KNOW that he and Blaine made it down safely.

Yeah but it would have been hours up and then hours for the rescue people to get up there and he might have gotten really hungry or dehydrated or suffocated in there. At least this way he knew help was on the way and could maybe relax a bit and Blaine could call help before he got up there so they would get there faster. :)

And who knows when the next car would have driven by? I still say you saved his life

:he I am weak. Tonight I fell off the low carb platform. The Princess made oatmeal raisin cookies, and I ate 6 while they were still warm.

and I just ate 2 more.

She shouldn't have made the cookies :p

But I do that every time I make cookies too!!

And today I got fruit punch at Panera. I got the tuna though. Wasn't really feeling the turkey and thick cheese todsy plus the cranberry walnut bread is delicious but probably loaded with sugar as are the apples and the sauce they put on it.

Yep, it was a "flash back" that's for sure! It does go through my mind what to do if I fall, so I was semi prepared when it happened. Main thing is I just have to realize I can't do what I use to do....and get away with it anymore!:lau
