The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

That's true. We've already talked about the 2 most important daily concerns...coffee making apparatus and sleeping  And knowing us, we won't go hungry.
We did that the summer of 2017 when the house was remodeled. I had to wash dishes in the bathtub and use a camp stove!

When we did our kitchen in VA we were without running water in the kitchen for almost 3 years. Poor planning...

Debby, just one key suggestion... First thing I do when I get into a new house, is change out all the locks all keyed to one key.

Kwik set has cool locks that you reset with a tool to any key that you want. I replace the locks on three doors this summer--all to one key and if I need to, I now have 6 sets of keys to change too. Very nice setup!

Also found all my signs. Ignore the mess lol

Is the water hooked up?

All the utilities are on and will be switched over to my name tomorrow. I called around yesterday to take care of that.

One of our first things on tomorrow's list, is to go to the hardware store after closing and get new locks! This house was a rental for a short time, no telling how many people have keys to the current locks.

Those are the ones we always use too Ron! Great to have 1 key that works for all doors.
