She said i might have a torn muscle. I do have a big knot in my upper back/ shoulder. At least she felt the area well. Still with a wait and see attitude. And the pain goes on. At least i got a steroid shot so maybe that will kick in.

Ouch, how'd you tear some muscles. That's almost as painful as broken bones. I don't even want to think about how painful that is, especially back muscles. :hugs:hugs

Yep, I feel sorry for peeps that don't have insurance and sit in the ER waiting room bleeding to death in complete misery because they don't have it and they take someone that does before them....our health system is a joke.

They can miss a meal but not water...as long as they have water, they will be alright for another day.
