I always tempt my fate by eating raw cookie dough too- it's my wild side I guess.

I made so many cookies one time- gave away tons, and still way too many. To keep from eating every last one, threw them out for the birds. Not one bird was interested. Of course it was bitter cold out and cookies must have been hard as a rock . But still ?

Yup, can't resist the raw cookie dough lol and huh, that’s weird. Mine don’t like fish or squash. Well, they like some fish. I gave them a trout one time though that was not a hit. Dog won’t eat fish either. Cooked I think he does sometimes. But not raw.

Bruce, as I have posted several times already...our current house is provided through my husband's job. We do not pay for it nor do we rent it. The one and only mortgage we are responsible for is for the home we just purchased.

I don't understand your negative comments towards our project when we are busting our butts trying to improve our future. If you choose to disagree with the what we are doing then please keep it to yourself.

On second thought, I'll keep what we are doing to myself to spare you from having to point out all that you perceive as questionable or wrong.

In no way am I intending to come across negatively about your new place!! I am very sorry!!!!! I guess I'm a little confused by:
"And every month we own the house, it's another mortgage payment, home insurance and utilities and commuting back & forth. The sooner we get done, the better!"
I guess I took "another" as a second one as opposed to the "next" one. But IIRC you aren't intending to fix it up to sell immediately nor to rent out so won't you have the "another mortgage and utilities" payment monthly regardless of how long it takes to get it up to where you want it??

well, in the morning, husband is going to drain everything to winterize , we're going to load up everybody (pets), a couple of flowers i want to take and we'll be off, have everything else already loaded, since we're not driving straight thru, will probably take a day and a half at least, SOOOOOO looking forward to warmer weather, will check on here in the morning for one last read before i go cold turkey for the trip and waiting for them to connect everything down there
