Some of the best gator I've eaten was at Gatorland in FL. Guess they know how to handle alligators.

Maybe since it's been for sale for a while, you can get it reduced even more. Those current owners may be getting more motivated.

What are the current owners using for power? I would guess "off grid" would be a hard sell for the vast majority of people and the accepted price would have to reflect that.

Horrible iron enriched well water. If water sat in a glass all the rust would sink to the bottom. Gross.

OK, I believe your nose just shrank a wee bit after telling that truth about the temp! We are at 36°, snow slowing melting off the roof. Waiting for all the snow on the barn roof to slide. Gonna be a loud and messy "WHOOMP" when it does.

Just a bit of yesterday as we started up the mountain. It got worse as we went. As we expected, Granite Pass, at just over 9000 feet, was horrible. It’s pretty open right there so it drifts in something terrible!

I get nervous just thinking about being up there at all when it’s snowy. That snow in the video was so hard packed it was like sheer ice. The scary part is what we’ll be doing today - driving down those steep grades with all that packed snow. <sigh>

Yikes, if it weren't so cold and so far, I think I'd be tempted to walk. Driving in those conditions is scary. Ken's a cautious driver though, right?
