The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

That sounds like a great day Sour, enjoy!

White rice can help settle his tummy, overcooked a bit so it's soft and easy to break down. A little bit of cooked ground meat added might entice him to eat the rice.

I tried brown rice mixed with some eggs the other night but he didn't want it, maybe white rice will be different. Tried a bunch of stuff last night. He threw up once last night and again about an hour ago and a tiny bit again just now. Although I think the second one was mostly water and bile. I did manage to give him a bath about an hour and a half ago. Not a full bath but his neck/shoulders/chest where the flea collar was. Tomorrow I may give him a full one. I think you are supposed to but was just using containers of water not a spayer. And of course took flea collar off before bath and soaking his regular collar. And I did get him in the shower but he stuck his head out so a lot of the water got on the floor anyway and then he got out so I just gave up and bathed him out of the shower. Yes it got tons of water on the tile and bath mat/rug but I just dried it well with a towel after and put the rugs outside. Also he still won't eat but I did find the cat food completely empty and moved so I think he did eat her food last night or this morning. At least he ate something.

Yeah def still there that i see

try mixing up a half a teaspoon of baking soda in 8 ounces of water and drinking that to see if it helps, you'll burp alot but should ease your stomach

Thanks, I'll try that

Kdogg if you are taking the limit of Tums to no avail, you may be dealing with an ulcer . See a physician and tell him the Tums have no effect.

Well, thankfully it's not too bad and I don't take it every day but just sometimes it is. Mostly when I eat certain foods or eat too close to bedtime and stuff like that.
