It was a long 2+ hour drive but before I left Casper, I stopped off at my favorite coffee shop and got an extra large cup of coffee for the ride home :lol:

DH is still there and now has the lumpy "textured" drywall off the living room ceiling. We had noticed there was a slight crack in that ceiling. When he went to pull the drywall off, a huge chunk fell down that was piled high with gravel & dirt :th

The house originally had a flat roof on it that was left on when the hip roof was built over it in 2011. All that gravel from the flat roof somehow went to the middle of the living room ceiling and that's what crashed down as soon as he tapped it. Glad he wasn't directly under it when it fell!

And so the adventure continues :gig

Sharron thanks for asking, I am okay - don't get to see eye doctor till late afternoon Monday- my brother will take me after work - since the bus dispatcher wouldn't add me to the route. I could have had an appt. days earlier. Needless to say I would like to send dispatcher a huge cow pie- none around here though.
