My mom was southern, she never used that phrase but you knew if you were in hades! her phrase was "Wait till your dad gets home" that put the fear of God into ya!

Yeah well, I'm not "most people". I can find Alabama on a map though Google found both of those places for me.

The chicken runs flood badly, so I'm going to dig a moat around them for the ducks.

That sounds great! A chicken/duck island surrounded by a moat. With a drawbridge and guard ducks in the moat.

There is no calcium in either biotin or type 2 collagen, which is good for arthritis too.

Yes, they work different ways. I do not know of reactions from them. They will take a bit of time to work--Knee and hip in a couple of weeks from the type 2 collagen. The nails will start getting stronger from the bottom as they grow out. They may start growing faster too.

Type 2 collagen. Costco sells it too!

They also sell multi collagen ones with more than one type, supposed to do different things

I'm dealing with crippling osteo- arthritis. Got it in every major joints,but do not tolerate pain meds except ibuprofen. Other stronger meds cause allergic reaction. It would be great to not ache all the time. I will let you know if it helps...maybe even send you a thank you note!
