I got this one which is like 5 different types of collagen in one. It’s a bit expensive but it’s a seriously huge container and very small serving size so it lasts forever. Seems to be working pretty well so far. I like it.

They also recently released a bunch of flavored ones too so now they have like 5 or 6 flavors. Vanilla, chocolate, cold brew, cucumber lime, strawberry lemonade, etc. and of course the original flavorless one and also comes in capsules or these little sticks/packets of granules too.

I'm reading this article about collagen helping fight wrinkles as well as joint support...liking it more all the time!

You said something about sticks. Sounds bad..do you have arthritis too? Also my heart is a cotton picker!:gig
Opps my bad, no "sticks" are my crutches. I broke my hip back in July, then it snapped were the screws were put in it Sept 25th. Wasn't in pain until the second surgery, since then it's been almost 24 hours non stop pain.

I was planning on making bone broth from ox tails...would that work?

I am not sure if it would or not. You could probably Google it to find out but I imagine it would. I don’t see why not. Most any bone would work I think. Beef tendon, chicken, fish, etc. The marrow in the beef bones is good too. They say the most collagen is in joints so like chicken feet and wings are good because of all the joints they have, like chicken feet have all the toes, etc. So I would try adding stuff like that. You could also combine bones but of course maybe choose complimentary flavors. I imagine oxtail and beef tendon might taste good and provide lots of collagen and maybe some chicken feet thrown in for some extra collagen. You can also buy some plain unflavored gelatin packs to add in to it for even more protein and collagen.

Yup! Good for lots of different stuff! They say it’s an extremely important protein and most people are severely deficient. Plus if you put it coffee or smoothies, you won’t even taste it. Unless you want to. In which case they have flavored ones :lau

Man,that really stinks! It wears you out to hurt all the time. Guess the docs can't figure out why you hurt? Seems like there must be something wrong with the way that second surgery went down!

Getting collagen from bone broth and etc. is good but you would have to have some every day. Getting it in pill form would be more reliable and I like the one you linked earlier

Yeah, I'm still going to get the pills. I couldn't deal with bone broth every day. But got some free ox tails so I wanted to try broth.
