Gluten sensitivity causes joint pain. At least in my case. Study up on it and decide what you think before you go taking any steroids anyway.I made myself pasta tonight and now all my joints have hurt/felt weird the last few hours, only since I ate it. Granted, I did also kind of sit around most of the day and didn’t eat that well (though I did have an omelette with spinach this afternoon) and didn’t drink much water so it remains to be seen whether more movement and water is the issue BUT it literally only started after I ate the pasta, I was fine before, and also while it was cooking, I did finally realize I had been without water a while and had a couple glasses and through the meal and felt better so I don’t think it was water. But I had a rather large portion of ziti and Alfredo sauce (not very good, too garlic/oniony or some weird after taste or something) and now my whole body feels inflamed/weird/achy, hands, wrists, ankles, etc.) SO point being. I have come to the conclusion that it must be the pasta and carbs and I should go on @sourland low carb thing. The weird thing is not every carb does it, like I can eat muffins or toast and feel okay, so maybe it is not entirely the carbs, idk, or maybe under a certain amount? The bowl of pasta was huge. I did also have a tiny bit of ice cream after so could be the dairy too. Idk. Dairy has been causing me other issues lately, think I may have developed an intolerance to that too. But seems every time I eat too many carbs, my joints feel weird. This isn’t even just to complain or overthink things like I sometimes do or anything, just an observation. And it really stinks to be so young and have these problems and also to not be able to eat pasta again, because I really love pasta, but if it is causing me this pain and these issues, then it is worth cutting out, or at least trying that and seeing if that helps, but it still stinks. And I do wonder if part or all of this could also be caused by me being so inactive and overweight? I have gained probably 30-40 pounds over the last maybe 4 or 5 years and also gotten a lot more inactive. I am tall so I don’t really look “fat” but under clothes I am, at least a bit, whereas I never remotely was before, and also, with the OCD and me constantly cracking all my joints, I wonder if that hasn’t also hurt them. I really should probably tell a doctor about all of this I suppose but I do not want to be on steroids or meds or anything, especially when most of the time they don’t bother me, and would rather try diet first, especially since diet often seems to cause it. But anyway, all that to say, guess I will have to try Sour’s thing after all but then again I had already planned to cut carbs out or way down and cut sugar and dairy and most processed foods and eat healthier in the New Year anyway so this really isn’t all that different, but I guess rather this just solidifies the need for why I need to try it. Don’t really want to cut that stuff out but I’m thinking I’m going to have to.

Yeah, gluten destroys the villi in your small intestine. It is gradual and progressive. You stop being able to digest your food, become anemic, malnourished, developed arthritis...etc. Do a Google search. Can you develop it? Because I never had issues before, at least that I remember.
You are so well adjusted I would never if Ave knownMy baby brother graduated college. My sister went one year and quit. I never went at all - very agoraphobic in early years didn't know till I was 35. My mom had it badly BUT, never knew a name for it. She said her iron pills caused it. Nope!!She also had panic attacks - me too and my sister and both her kids. Apparently, a little goes a long way.
I got over mine pretty quick- and my agoraphobia started leaving with visits to a great psychiatrist. Best $$$ ever spent. Also found out the roots for such behavior and I had them in spades since I was 5.
I liked the bright colors! That is a nice one for a Baby!
