I can't recall one time my mother ever hugged me and my father, the less said the better.

just remember dd, one day when its too late he will wish that he had hugged you back and more often, i was the same with my parents, now i so wish i could hug and hug them, i know it doesn't help right now but thats how it usually is, our son is the same way, no hugs but at least he does tell us once in awhile he loves usI do like hugs. My son allows me ONE when he first arrives, and ONE when he is hurrying out the door to make an early flight. Actually he just stands there , I do the hugging, and he rolls his eyes. Better than a poke in the eye.

thats southernsHugging...that's one of the things I had to get used to when I moved to Key West. Just met someone? Get a hug. Saying hello to someone? Get a hug. Good bye? Get a hug. Those were some of the huggiest people I've ever encountered (but mostly, it was ok).

Yeah, gluten destroys the villi in your small intestine. It is gradual and progressive. You stop being able to digest your food, become anemic, malnourished, developed arthritis...etc. Do a Google search.
Good morning, all.
@sharron, I agree everyone needs hugs, and I am among the best of huggers.![]()

Here are a few extra in case anyone needs one right now. What I really love is that my two teen aged grandsons still like to hug.
You'll be doing that for a long time. A deceased pet leaves a big hole in the home. @KDOGG331 , for me carbohydrates = inflammation.
