Good morning everyone. Once again we dodged a bullet. It is now 46 F with most of the light accumulation melted. Real temp supposed to drop to 15 F tonight with temperatures in the single digits and wind chill in the minus teen tomorrow - we'll see.

Just came in from animal chores. Probably 6-8" of snow so far, 2°F. Shoveled from the door to the parking area then slogged down to the barn. Shoveled out in front of the barn door to the right and to the bunny feeding station on the left. Cleared snow from in front of the "tunnel", bunny's dish was empty so it got there before the snow started. Near as I can tell it comes in the later afternoon about the time I close up the barn since I've seen it there with some frequency. It still isn't sure I'm not an enemy though and moves off to a safe distance on the other side of the cattle panel fence.Morning!
