Trust me, one shock from the Invisible fence educates all dogs. Neighbors across the street had pitt/Chesapeake retriever cross that was both human and dog aggressive. I had to tell the neighbor that if attacked me or my dog on my property I would have to shoot him. Neighbor took my advice, and Teddy became a very good boy. Of course UPS or the mail lady still would not deliver to them.

Wow that’s amazing it worked even on a dog like that!! I think they will definitely have to try it!! And maybe if she thinks it is the fence shocking her rather than the humans, she might be more likely to stop trying to escape? I think it is worth a shot.

We have invisible fence......the problem with that is it keeps MY dogs IN, but doesn’t keep OTHERS OUT! :he

That’s definitely another issue!! Although thankfully they don’t really have a loose dog problem in their area and they already have a physical fence so maybe the invisible fence would work for them.

Shoot him or the dog?:-)

Tomorrow's flight got canceled, and we are now scheduled on an early Tuesday morning flight. Hopefully. :hmm
So you've just lost 2 days in the hotel?

Yippee! Hubs is making his world famous spaghetti for me! He makes the best I've ever had
I might need a recipe. We had spaghetti but I'm pretty boring. Some ground beef and a jar of Newman's sauce.

Mostly. Sister had a German Shepherd in VA, they had a buried wire invisible fence. Dog loved to chase squirrels, he'd blow through the fence after the squirrel and they would find him waiting on the wrong side when they got home. Not so excited to run back through.

You just gave me goose bumps. So glad you are ok
We feel blessed and very lucky. My rent house in Louisiana was hit with a straight line micro burst in June of 2013. I was on the front steps waiting for my dog to go potty when a voice in my ear told me to get inside fast. 2 pine trees splintered in half and struck my house, truck and van at the same moment. The dog and I survived, but barely. I have PTSD when storms hit now.
