Howdy all
Another beautiful sunny day in Alberta. High of 6!
I set my first (test) batch in my new incubator yesterday. Spot check matches the temp dead on. Here's hoping i finally get a decent hatch.

We’d get ringbecks for the table, so they’d better hope they come with orange vests! Pheasant is my very favorite “poultry” to eat. I’ll tske that or sandhill crane any day over turkey or chicken!

I'm hoping the forecasters are wrong, we'll see. But whatever, DH is home and the cupboards are full so we're good!
