The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

well, we got here safe and sound, long two days but at least animals made it without going bonkers
going to go to bed shortly(after a nice clean shower) animals put where they're suppose to be,happy to be home
husband still has to turn water back on, he and son had to go get a sump pump, our old one quit who knows when and we had about 3' of water in the basement
so will read and catch up tomorrow
night everyone:frow
Glad that you made it ok. What does Bella think of her new digs?

Glad you made it back home, safe and sound. Too bad about the sump pump! :(

I hope there wasn't anything ruined down there.
Welcome home.
thanks, well the only thing that could hurt is our water heater( its on blocks) and our rice coal burner, thats also the most expensive, 2800.00(when we bought it 8 or 9 years ago) its all rusty, might have to go buy another if controls are messed up. water heater still works, nice warm shower:D

none of those are healthy, read the labels of whats in them, also tons of sugar

Yeah, probably not, but at the time I thought I was, like getting the bean and pea one instead of chips, or organic or non gmo ones or whatever, but that alone probably doesn’t make it healthy. I figured a bit of popcorn or some almonds is better than a bunch of potato chips or cookies or whatever so that’s in part what I meant by healthy - just healthier I guess. Idk. The popcorn doesn’t have sugar or anything fake, it’s just the popcorn, oil, and salt. Though of course too much salt is probably bad. And the kettle corn one does have sugar as do the rollers but I think those are the only ones. Idk. Maybe the sweet potato chips have it, haven’t looked. And the fava bean and pea one is disgusting and I might throw it out. I thought it looked “healthy” but it tastes disgusting and is way too salty and also the pieces are way smaller than the picture makes them look. And also idk how being beans and peas makes it any healthier than chips or anything else when it’s still loaded with way too much salt. Didn’t realize that at the time.

I've done a greased watermelon in the lake. That was tough enough. I can't imagine how difficult a pig would be.
pigs don't have anything to grab hold of, wilbur , all i have to do is just tickle his tummy and he falls over, loves to be scratched , of course he will follow me anywhere, no rope or anything on him, i'm the leader of his herd

the almonds are the only thing that might be healthy for you, look at what they put on them and as for the rest, bet every thing has sugar, i don't know why they put extra sugar on or in things, i guess to get us hooked on them, not only sugar but also corn syrup and sometimes they also add dextrose too, i try to stay away from all the high carbs too if i can, trying to get healthy myself, carbs and sugar are things i try to stay away from. ok, sermon over lol
